Cancellation, returns and exchanges
Our products are made to order, therefore orders cannot be canceled and our products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective. Changes in orders, returns or cancellations require prior written approval from our manufacturer / private atelier.

If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Defective products will be replaced within the normal production time period required to reorder and manufacture the same product.

You must notify Nouie Interiors in case of an error, a damaged or a defective product. You must return the product in the same condition in which you received it. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product whilst it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days by email (customercare@nouieinteriors.com).

Nouie Interiors will examine all products returned as damaged or defective, and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process any refund due to you within 45 days. Subject to acceptance by Nouie Interiors of the damaged or defective goods, products returned by you because they are damaged or defective will be refunded in full, including the cost of delivery for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to Nouie Interiors.
In the event that Nouie Interiors finds no fault with the returned products, you will be notified that the returned product cannot be accepted and you will have the products re-delivered to you at your charge.

Please note that natural materials including wood, marble, travertine and concrete terrazzo have variations and their imperfections are not considered defects. As foreign wood adapts to our climate, it can shift size and/or cause cracking. This again is not necessarily a defect of the product, but a beautiful reminder of its organic nature. We will not accept any returns based on these natural flaws.

In stock lighting will not be accepted as a return if the product has been installed, altered or damaged in any way.
Returns outside our bespoke furniture collection
Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in new unused, undamaged, and unassembled condition, with their boxes, inserts and all packing materials to be accepted. Items returned without original packing will only be accepted subject to a repacking fee. Used, assembled or damaged items will not be accepted.
Please inspect all products and make sure they are to your liking before discarding packing material. As new packing material is subject to a fee based on the volume of the item.
Within UAE:
Our partner in transport: Elite will collect & return your product(s), and a return collection fee that will be deducted from your refund total, depending on the volume of your item. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
Outside UAE:
Customers are responsible for organizing returns and the costs associated with returns. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or wrapping material of any returned items. Please be aware that we cannot refund any fees paid for custom clearance or VAT.
Items such as bedding linens, pillows, cushion covers and textiles etc. will not be applicable for any Return/Exchange request due to hygiene reasons.
